This could definitely be a must have for everyone. I know personal safety can be an issue for everyone and especially for Realtors, as we have to meet people that we do not know all the time in places unfamiliar with us. This could be used not only as a deterrent but hopefully as a way to just get out of trouble!

It is not uncommon for the real estate agent and the client to be the only to people at a location.
