I know personal safety can be an issue for everyone and especially for Realtors, as we have to meet people that we do not know all the time in places unfamiliar with us. Real estate agents are consistently meeting new people at locations maybe they have not been to before. It is not uncommon for the real estate agent and the client to be the only to people at a location. The general public can be using My Mobile Witness in many of the ways that a real estate agent would use My Mobile Witness. So the next time that you are selling or buying something from someone on Craigslist take a quick picture of the other person. If you don’t feel comfortable with taking their picture, then take a picture of the location. Or you can even send My Mobile Witness a short text message with information on your location.

A technology writer, from the AP, who wanted to do a story on us contacted our Public Relations team. I have to say we were all pretty excited to get that type of coverage in our first week. Within 24 hours that article was picked up by: The Washington Post, CNBC, MSNBC, Yahoo, Salon.com and even The Times of India. In addition to The Times of India, it was also picked up by the Canadian and Australian press, as well as French and Russian sites.
