Rest assured My Mobile Witness is doing everything possible to ensure your account information as well as the pictures and messages you send are accessible to legitimate law enforcement inquires.

Notice to Law Enforcement — My Mobile Witness has provided direct access to key criminal intelligence centers across the United States. In the event a law enforcement officer requires immediate access to the My Mobile Witness database, one of these state or federal centers will verify the authenticity of the officer requesting access and assist however the center deems appropriate.

PLEASE NOTE, direct access WILL NOT be granted to non-law enforcement personnel. My Mobile Witness users and other civilian personnel must obtain a court order for the release of information contained in the My Mobile Witness database. For information on delivering a court order to My Mobile Witness, click here. Once a picture or text message has been stored on the My Mobile Witness database it cannot be removed or altered. Please do not contact My Mobile Witness or one of the Criminal Intelligence Centers with requests to remove data, these requests will not be granted under any circumstances.
